this is a fun animation – very playful and simple! – when he blinks there is make up on the eye – not sure I saw it as makeup thought is was just the blue of his eyes showing through –That means that the animation was not descriptive enough with its visualization – try a bit more story boarding. The narrative is one dog is pretty and the other is the “bad arse”. With the poking out tongue. The lips kissed - again a few more transitions. Translucency of the balloons and the movement makes it seem very real. The ears – move at a different speed all these animation were at different timings and that makes for a very expressive animation! The head of the dog moves up. Good but would have like to have seen a bit more shade variety. The tongue rolling might have been a bit more playful. There are 2 different directions - going up and down. This was a great beginning
